Refunds & Replacements

At TheArtOfChaz, I take great care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. I only offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at theartofchaz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Exchanges & Cancellations

As each print is produced to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

 

Returns Address

If a return is required, I will provide our return address, directly to you by email. Please do not return items before contacting us.
